Youth, culture, and dialogue across the Asia-Pacific

The Asia-Pacific Youth Culture Foundation supports open scholarship, cultural exchange, and informed public conversation on young people and society—anchored in Seattle and engaged with partners across the region.

About the foundation

The Asia-Pacific Youth Culture Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing research and dialogue on youth, culture, education, and social development in the Asia-Pacific. We steward open-access publishing, convene knowledge networks, and work with educators, researchers, and practitioners to connect evidence with practice.

The foundation also publishes the English-language peer-reviewed quarterly Asia-Pacific Journal of Youth, Culture & Society (APJYCS) under separate arrangements. On this site, Asia-Pacific Youth Review (APYR) is hosted here—aims, scope, submission guidance, and contact appear on the review mini-site.
